Privacy Policy

1. Controller

TEAM FRESH Werbeagentur GmbH, Biebricher Allee 23, 65187 Wiesbaden, Germany. Controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Full company details and contact options are listed in our legal notice. For any privacy request, an informal e-mail to the address stated there is sufficient.

2. What data we process

Waitlist: If you join the waitlist, we store your e-mail address and, optionally, your name in order to inform you about the launch of Postfluent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time with a short message to us.

App usage: When you use the app, we process your e-mail address (login), the profile information you provide during onboarding, and the content you create in the app (for example post drafts, topics, imported sources). The legal basis is the performance of the usage relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Server logs: When pages are requested, access data is generated for technical reasons (IP address, time of access, requested page). This data serves security and operations (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Service providers

We use carefully selected processors: Vercel Inc. (application hosting), Supabase (database and login, servers located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany), Resend (delivery of login and system e-mails, sent from within the EU), and Anthropic (AI text processing). Only the texts you actively submit for processing are transmitted to Anthropic; they are not used to train AI models. Data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all providers; where data is transferred to third countries, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Fonts

All fonts on this website (Inter, Bricolage Grotesque) are served directly from our own server. No third-party font services are embedded, and no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

5. Cookies

Postfluent uses only technically necessary cookies for signing in (session). There is no tracking, no advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics tools.

6. Retention

Waitlist entries are deleted no later than six months after the official launch, or immediately upon your request. App data is stored for as long as your account exists; when your account is deleted, your content is deleted as well.

7. LinkedIn connection

Postfluent offers (or will offer) the option to connect your own LinkedIn account via LinkedIn’s official OAuth sign-in, in order to retrieve statistics about your own posts and your own follower development and display them to you inside the app. This happens exclusively with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We only retrieve data relating to your own content, never data of other people. We never see or store your LinkedIn password; authentication takes place entirely with LinkedIn. You can disconnect the link at any time inside the app, upon which we delete the data obtained from LinkedIn. Employers or program managers only ever see aggregated results without reference to individual persons. LinkedIn data is not used to train AI models. 8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit). For any request, an informal message to the contact details in our legal notice is sufficient.
